Back when Simone first started Simone Jewels, her vision was to create one-of-a-kind pieces using the highest quality gemstones. Working with a ‘shoe-string budget’ initially, Simone Jewels today invites comparison with Van Cleef & Arpels for its wearable coloured gemstones which are coveted for their investment potential.
She is now ready to take Simone Jewels to the next level with overseas expansion and building a design team in mind. Entry into the US, Hong Kong and Malaysia is the start of her internationalisation plan.
Identifying who they want to be, how to get there and lastly how willing one is to persist are advices Simone have for budding entrepreneurs. Apart from uncovering hidden gems, Simone, Founder and Creative Director of Simone Jewels also believe in uncovering talents and pushing the limits of her staff to what might be akin to a mentorship model.
