This campaign aims to empower women from all walks of life through knowledge and jewellery, promoting the message to #MakeBreastTalkANorm and encouraging annual self-screening for early detection.

Breast cancer is the leading cancer among women but is also highly treatable. Annual mammograms are essential for detecting early signs, particularly for women over 40. With the motto "Minimise breast cancer, maximise lives," the Breast Cancer Foundation offers a range of support for patients and caregivers, including emotional, social, and recovery assistance throughout their journey.

Glamorous and confident, Barbie represents diversity, strength, and limitless possibilities, honouring her creator, Ruth Handler—a breast cancer survivor who exemplified resilience and was instrumental in developing the first modern post-mastectomy breast prosthetics. On the significance of having Barbie as a symbol for this campaign that supports women, Jian Yang shares that pink has always been Barbie’s signature colour, which has also become synonymous with breast cancer awareness.

With each piece purchased from the EMPOWER HER collection, a percentage of proceeds will be donated to the Breast Cancer Foundation. These funds will support breast cancer patients on their recovery journeys, as well as help to alleviate the financial burden for lower-income patients.
