Sizing guide
Measure a Finger
1. Ensure you have a flexible measuring tape, a piece of string, and a ruler.
2. Wrap a piece of string around the chosen finger.
3. Mark the point where the string overlaps and measure it against a ruler.
4. Align the string or tape measurement with the chart to determine the corresponding ring size.
Measure a Ring
1. Select a ring that fits the intended finger comfortably.
2. Place the ring on a ruler and measure the inside diameter from one inner edge to the opposite inner edge.
3. If a ruler isn't suitable, measure the circumference of the ring with a flexible measuring tape.
4. Consult a ring size chart and match the measurement to find the ring size.

To get the most accurate ring size, we take private appointments for fitting if you are based in Singapore. Otherwise, it is advisable to consult a reputable jeweller in your area before purchasing.

18K Solid Gold
Our diamonds
Simone Jewels only uses Diamonds of F - G colour (colourless to near colourless) and Eye-clean quality - akin to those used in high-jewellery. All diamonds are natural, strictly conflict free and ethically sourced.
Karat
All jewellery pieces are crafted in either 18K or 9K solid gold.
18K solid gold is composed of 75% pure gold and 25% metal alloys to strengthen the gold. It is widely known to require almost no special care and will never tarnish over time.
9K gold is composed of 37.5% gold and 62.5% metal alloys. Our 9K White gold, 9K Yellow gold and 9K Black gold are just as hardy as 18K gold and will not tarnish.
While 9K Rose gold is tarnish resistant, it does require a little bit more care to keep it in tip-top condition because of the copper content in the metal alloys that gives Rose gold its alluring pink hue. At Simone Jewels, we pride ourselves on providing the finest quality and craftsmanship. For this reason, our 9K pieces only come in White, Yellow and Black gold. Rose gold options are only available in 18K.

Free International Delivery
International shipping is free for all countries. Any taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery. Simone Jewels is not associated with these fees.
Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. B
Warranty
As each piece of jewellery is made-to-order, all orders are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable or exchangeable.
In case of manufacturing defects, we will offer an exchange or repair within the warranty period of 30 days of purchase.
Return shipping will be via tracked delivery and costs will be borne by Simone Jewels Pte Ltd. Upon receipt of the defective item, we will assess the piece to make a new piece or repair and ship it back to you free of charge.
Manufacturing defects do not include damages caused by wear and tear or mishandling by anyone other than Simone Jewels Pte Ltd
Return requests will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Simone Jewels Pte Ltd.

Caring for Gemstones
As gemstones and precious metals are natural materials, do not let them come into contact with strong chemicals, including perfume, scents, creams, soaps, lotions and chlorine. If absolutely necessary, any perfume or scents should be applied and left to fully dry before the jewellery is worn. Otherwise, they should ideally be applied onto an area where jewellery will not come into contact with the skin.
If your jewellery comes into contact with dirt or any chemicals such as the ones listed above, gently wipe with a soft cloth or rinse under warm water. However, Pearl jewellery should not be immersed in water for too long so it is advisable to wipe pearls with a damp cloth and leave it to try before keeping them. This also applies to Mother of Pearl. As much as possible, try to avoid washing or rinsing your Pearl and Mother of Pearl jewellery as this may gradually wear out the special jewellery glue that helps to hold them down.
Ultrasonic cleaners cannot be used on certain gemstones. Please contact us if you have any questions about cleaning your Simone Jewels jewellery.
